Conditions for Return

All returns must meet these conditions:

  • Original Condition: Product must be unused, undamaged with no stains, scratches, or holes
  • Original Packaging: All original boxes, wrappings, and protective materials must be intact
  • Tags & Accessories: All original tags, labels, manuals, and free accessories must be included
  • Correct Product: Must match the exact item ordered in terms of model, size, and color
  • Security Seals: Any manufacturer seals must be unbroken
  • Functionality: Product must be in working condition (for electronics)

Note: Returns will be rejected if the product shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or tampering with serial numbers.

How to Initiate a Return

Login to Account
Go to "My Orders" in your H2H account or app

Select Order
Choose the order containing the item you want to return

Initiate Return
Click "Return Item" and select reason for return

Pickup Schedule
Choose pickup date & time for product collection

Prepare Package
Pack product with all accessories in original packaging

Refund Process
Refund initiated after quality check (3-5 business days)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective upon delivery:

  • Hygiene Products: Intimate wear, swimwear, undergarments
  • Wind Instruments: Flutes, recorders, mouthpieces, etc.
  • Media & Software: Books, CDs, DVDs, software, digital content
  • Groceries & Perishables: Food items, beverages, fresh produce
  • Personal Care: Makeup, skincare, hair care, toothbrushes
  • Customized Products: Made-to-order, personalized, engraved items
  • Safety Equipment: Helmets, car seats, safety gear

Exception: If these items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after successful return pickup
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Bank Transfer)
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer to registered account
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if accessories are missing or product is damaged
  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Exchange: Available for select products. Shipping charges may apply
